The Fast BP app is a blood pressure and heart rate tracker designed for use with Apple Health. It is important to note that this application does not measure blood pressure; users are advised to utilize a blood pressure monitor recommended by their healthcare provider.

Unlike other blood pressure tracking apps that require users to tediously navigate small numbers on a dial, Fast BP offers a simpler solution. By tapping the large numbers on the keypad and saving, the app seamlessly guides users through systolic, diastolic, and pulse inputs. With the innovative Fast Focus feature, entering a measurement can be achieved in as few as 8 taps.

Fast BP offers a comprehensive overview of measurements by providing weekly averages, acknowledging the natural fluctuations in blood pressure readings throughout the day. Additionally, users have the option to activate color highlights to easily identify patterns in their measurements on a week-to-week basis.

Maintaining regular blood pressure monitoring is a fundamental aspect of health management, and Fast BP includes reminders to encourage users to check their blood pressure daily.

With Fast BP, users can conveniently email their measurements from the past month or year to their healthcare provider. Furthermore, by integrating blood pressure data into Apple Health, users can leverage other compatible apps to share this information with their healthcare professionals.
